This application will be completed pending receipt of an official transcript of your high school records, DD-214 discharge papers if applicable. You will receive an email with additional information on how to submit your documentation to the training center.

If my application is accepted, I agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Ohio Carpenters, JATC's Standards of Apprenticeship, which cover practical training on the job, plus the necessary related instructions wherever and however it is made available to me.
